Who is this for?
Anyone, any level, who would like improve their freediving, whether it’s to begin competing, improving for spearfishing, enhance your recreational experience or simply to enjoy the process of training. You would need to have taken at least a basic freediving course, ideally also an intermediate in order to understand the training and make the most out of it.
How does it work?
Upon signing up to the program, you will gain access to the training material and receive a questionnaire to answer in order to give Dean a more clear picture of where you’re at and what you’d like to aim for, Dean Chaouche will then write up your own personalised 12 week program tailored and designed according to your levels and goals. As you run through the program you will also have a live stream once a fortnight to answer any questions you might have, during the live streams Dean will also run specialised topics on anything freediving related, from equalising to diet and recovery. You’ll also be joined onto a private group where you can post about your training, post any videos of you that you'd like some technical feedback on, and discuss with other freedivers who are also following their own journey.
